We are recruiting a
2/1 FIFO Construction Manager
with experience in self-perform civil Infrastructure projects who have a genuine interest to positively influence project delivery and promote a memorable culture at Whittens. Key responsibilities will include:

Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure projects.
n
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
n
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
n
Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
n
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety practices and mitigate risks.
n
Manage and mentor project teams,



fostering a collaborative and productive work setting.
n
Liaise with stakeholders to communicate project status, address concerns, and negotiate contractual agreements.
n
About You n
To Be Successful, You will Have the Following
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
n
At least 8 years+ experience with a Civil Contractor overseeing self-perform civil infrastructure projects - A must
n
Excellent planning, monitoring and documentation skills
n
Experience with FIFO infrastructure projects
n
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
n
Demonstrated safety and environmental leadership behaviour
n
Self-starter, with well-developed organisational and stakeholder management skills
n
