Casual OSHC Educators
to join our Dorset team!

Whether you're studying education, childcare, community services or love working with children, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
WHAT YOUR DAY COULD LOOK LIKE n
One minute you might be running an epic outdoor game; the next, you're helping with a creative activity, chatting with children about their day, serving afternoon tea, or helping turn a child's brilliant idea into the next big group challenge.

As one of our OSHC Educators, you'll help:
n

Create fun, engaging and child-led activities
n
Get involved in games, sport and outdoor adventures
n
Build genuine, positive relationships with children
n
Create an environment where every child feels welcome, included and valued
n
Encourage children's ideas, creativity and independence
n
Maintain a safe, supportive and child-focused environment
n
Work alongside a passionate team that genuinely cares about what they do
n
