Programmed are currently seeking reliable, motivated and safety-focused Production Operators / Process Workers to join our valued client's manufacturing team in Somersby, NSW. This is an excellent prospect for individuals looking to build a long term career in manufacturing, with an ongoing DS/NS roster.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Operate production equipment and machinery
n
Perform process work and general labouring duties
n
Complete manual handling and repetitive production tasks
n
Conduct routine quality inspections and checks
n
Identify and report equipment faults and safety concerns
n
Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets
n
About You n
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Experience in manufacturing, production, process work or general labouring is desirable
n
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
n
The ability to perform physically demanding and repetitive tasks
n
Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
Good communication skills and a positive team-focused attitude
n




Flexibility to work rotating shift rosters
n
A current Forklift Licence (highly desirable)
n
