24/7 site with AM / PM / ND shifts

Provide vital care to individuals during their withdrawal journey, making a genuine difference in their lives.

Facility 10 mins from Perth CBD.

The Role
n
As a
Registered Nurse
in the Withdrawal Unit, you will:
n
n
Develop and implement personalised withdrawal treatment plans.
n
Provide trauma-informed, person-centered care to participants with complex needs.
n
Collaborate with GPs, Nurse Practitioners, and community care teams to ensure continuity of care.
n




Maintain accurate client records and deliver comprehensive nursing handovers.
n
Participate in therapeutic programs and contribute to clients' recovery journeys.
n
Requirements
n
n
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
n
Experience in AOD, mental health, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable.
n
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
n
Knowledge of medication handling procedures and relevant health regulations.
n
A commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.
n
