Journey Early Learning Lucknow is opening a brand-current 88-place centre in Lucknow, VIC. We are seeking a Lead Educator to join the founding team on a permanent part-time basis and help shape the room culture from day one.

You will lead your room, support children's learning and wellbeing, and guide curriculum planning. You'll mentor staff, foster teamwork, and uphold child safety across the service.
