What You'll Do n
You'll play a key role in supporting, installing, and maintaining advanced security systems—while providing exceptional service to our customers. Every day will be different, and your ability to problem-solve and adapt will be valued and rewarded.
Key Responsibilities: Security Technology n
Install and service Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, and other IT-based security systems
n
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure jobs are completed on time to high standards
n
Complete cabling work in line with standards and submit required documentation
n
Provide remote phone support and fault investigation as needed
n
Participate in on-call duties as per the roster
Customer Care n
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, needs, and opportunities
n




Support Account Managers with the technical input required for proposals and quotations
Job Management n
Accurately update the job management system with system and client info
n
Write clear and complete job reports, including any required follow-ups
What You'll Bring Must-Haves: n
Valid Australian Driver Licence
n
Current Private Security Individual
Registration/Licence
with activity 'Security Installer'
n
Victorian Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Preferred Experience: n
Hands-on experience with electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder, Intercom, etc.)
n
Familiarity with systems such as Gallagher, Integriti, Milestone, Axis
n
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and wiring diagrams
n
Great communication skills with a proactive customer-first mindset
