GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT (BUSINESS SERVICES/TAX) n

About the role n
Reports to Partners and Senior Accountants managing a range of client affairs under direction. This role requires the candidate to complete work under supervision.
Key responsibilities n
n
Accurately complete clients' source documentation for processing including bank reconciliations
n
Completion of client income tax returns
n
Preparation of draft financial statements
n
Prepare Activity Statements to review stage
n
Identify where various items are represented on statements
n
Provide supporting documentation and clearly articulate and prove how certain figures/outcomes were achieved and why
n
Competent with programs such as Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, Reckon and BGL at basic levels
n
Strong Excel and Word skills
n
Access ATO portal for client information and BAS lodgement
n
Attend structured training events
