This role will suit a proven No.1 Site Manager who can take ownership of complex projects, lead from the front and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes across safety, quality, program and client relationships.

About You n
n
10+ years' experience as a No.1 Site Manager or above.
n
Extensive commercial fit out and refurbishment experience.
n
Strong corporate workplace project experience highly regarded.
n
Proven capability in programming, subcontractor management, OH&S;, quality and stakeholder coordination.
n
Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Sign On Site, Breadcrumb and associated construction software is essential.
n
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive trades and maintain high site standards.
