Job Description
Bega Group in Chelsea Heights, Melbourne, is seeking a Leading Hand/Machine Operator to lead shift operations in the Blow Moulding department, ensuring safety, quality and environmental standards are met across production.

You will monitor, operate and troubleshoot blow moulding equipment, support workforce planning and scheduling, drive continuous improvement, and provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to the team to achieve targets and customer expectations.
