About the Role n
Working alongside our experienced Parts team, you will learn all aspects of automotive parts interpreting, including:
n

Identifying and sourcing automotive parts and accessories.
n
Assisting technicians and workshop staff with parts requirements.
n
Serving customers at the parts counter and over the phone.
n
Processing parts orders, invoices and stock enquiries.
n
Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock.
n
Picking and preparing parts for workshop jobs and customer orders.
n
Learning manufacturer parts catalogues and dealership systems.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient Parts Department.
n
About You n
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
An interest in cars or the automotive industry.
n
Good communication and customer service skills.
n
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
n
A reliable, punctual and enthusiastic approach to work.
n
The ability to work as part of a team.
n
A willingness to learn new skills and take on responsibility.
n
A current driver's licence or be working towards obtaining one.
n
n
Previous automotive experience is not essential. We are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and a genuine desire to build a career.
