This is a hands-on role. You will balance active powder coating duties with packing and pretreatment.

What You Bring n
Industry Experience
: Proven background in industrial powder coating processes.
n
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial powder coating processes is required.
n
Mechanical Aptitude
: Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with machinery.
n
Physical Fitness
: Capability to handle manual tasks, including lifting up to 20kg.
n
Safety First Mindset
: Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for everyone.
n
Australian permanent resident status is required for this position.
