Job Description
KPay Group is expanding its Australian online payments support function. We are seeking a Technical Support Associate to assist Australian merchants from setup to their first successful payment. You will troubleshoot WordPress and WooCommerce, guide merchants via screen-share, and work with Product and Engineering on complex issues.

Ideal candidates have 0-2+ years in technical support or e-commerce, robust
WordPress/WooCommerce
experience, and enjoy helping customers while working remotely.
