n The Role You will be responsible for managing a broad range of conveyancing
n matters from start to finish, including:

Standard purchase and sale transactions
n
Transfers pursuant to Family Law Orders
n
Deceased estate property matters
n
Subdivisions and development matters
n
Client liaison and file management throughout the conveyancing process
n

Previous end-to-end conveyancing experience

Strong file management and technical conveyancing skills

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team
