What you'll be doing n

Welcoming customers and assisting with initial enquiries
n
Answering calls, managing messages and monitoring store emails
n
Coordinating customer appointments
n
Supporting consultants with documents, booking information and administration




n
Updating customer profiles, enquiries, passport details and loyalty information
n
Contacting suppliers for information and documentation
n
Saving and maintaining booking records
n
Assisting with marketing campaigns, events and customer database activity
n
Keeping the reception and retail environment organised and professional
n
Building your travel knowledge through training and supplier events
n

Experience in reception, administration, retail, customer service or sales would be beneficial, but your attitude, reliability and willingness to learn will be just as important.
