Job Description
The opportunity now exists for a skilled and driven Service Technician to join our Hallam branch. You will be mechanically minded with the ability to assemble and disassemble a wide range of Digga/Kanga products and not be afraid to get your hands dirty. You will be a highly energetic person that takes pride in their work and their working environment to maintain our company standards.
Responsibilities of the role will include:

Carrying out onsite and inhouse service and repairs
n
Diagnosing and fault finding
n
Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
n
Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
n
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
n
Experience & Qualifications:
n
n
Sound written and verbal communication skills
n
Physically and mentally fit for daily challenges and continual deadlines
n
Adaptable and able to display a high level of integrity,



honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
n
Current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence essential
n
