About the Role: n
n
Conduct assessments to understand clients' abilities, needs, and limitations.
n
Develop personalised rehabilitation plans with explicit, achievable goals.
n
Address psychological barriers impacting return to work (RTW).
n
Provide mental health support to help clients manage their conditions.
n
Work with healthcare providers, employers, and stakeholders to ensure effective rehabilitation.
n
Assist clients in exploring new career options and provide job placement guidance.




n
Educate clients and families about the rehabilitation process while advocating for their rights.
n
Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation.
n
Offer crisis intervention and connect clients with emergency services when required.

What you will need: n

Australian recognised degree qualifications & registration in
Psychology/Provisional
Psychology or Rehab Counselling (AHPRA / ASORC)

Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
n
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle

Current or able to get a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
