nKey Duties and Responsibilities: n
n• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Spanish dishes (tapas, paellas, grilled meats, seafood, etc.) following recipes and presentation standards. n
n• Adapt dishes for dietary requirements (e.g., gluten-free, vegetarian) when needed. n
n• Monitor cooking temperatures, grill settings, and oven operations to ensure perfect results. n
n• Maintain proper food storage and handling to meet safety standards. n
n• Work efficiently during high-volume catering events,



ensuring timely and consistent food service. n
n• Assist with plating, garnishing, and portioning dishes for catering presentations. n
n• Inspect ingredients and finished dishes to ensure top quality and authenticity. n
n• Always follow food safety and hygiene regulations. n
n• Work closely with the kitchen team to execute catering orders smoothly. n
n• Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff when required. n
n
nSkills and Experience: n
n
n• At least 1 year of full-time cooking experience, preferably in catering, Spanish cuisine, or high-volume kitchens. n
n• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent). n
n• Robust knowledge of cooking techniques (grilling, frying, sautéing, etc.). n
n• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. n
n• Attention to detail in food presentation and flavour balance. n
n• Certificate in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience). n
n• Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain). n
n• Passion for Spanish cuisine and a team-player attitude. n
n• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering great food. n
n
