Full-time employees work their full-time hours over a4-day work week, with casual opportunities also available.

About the role: n
n
Garden maintenance and plant care
n
Hedging, pruning, weeding and mulching
n
Lawn mowing, edging and brushcutting
n
Weed control and herbicide application
n
Garden improvements and seasonal work

Monitoring gardens and identifying issues
n
Recording job updates through our systems
n
Providing friendly, professional service to clients

Who we're looking for: n
n
You'll ideally have experience in gardening, horticulture, grounds maintenance, lawn care or similar work.
n
n
More importantly, you'll be:

Able to use initiative and solve practical problems
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Willing to keep learningPhysically fit and capable of outdoor manual work

Formal horticultural qualifications are highly regarded but not essential.

We're also looking for a suitableTeam Leader, so experienced gardeners interested in taking on more responsibility are encouraged to apply.
Essential requirements: n
n
Current Class C driver's licence
n
Manual licence preferred and required for some roles
n
Current work authorisation in Australia
n
Ability to pass a National Criminal History Check
n
n
Depending on the role, you may also need to hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card, First Aid qualification, herbicide application accreditation or chainsaw accreditation.
n
Rate: $*****–$***** per hour, based on award classification and employment type.
