Jabsons Finance is looking for an experienced residential mortgage broker with the ambition to build towards a $100M+ annual settlement business. You have an established client base, referral relationships and consistent production, and you believe you are capable of more. At Jabsons, the focus is on increasing your capacity while maintaining quality client outcomes.
Key responsibilities n
Grow towards $8M-$10M+ in monthly settlements
n
Build a stronger professional referral network and improve conversion
n
Spend less time on administration and more time with clients and referrers
n
Strengthen complex credit capability and explore SMSF and commercial opportunities
n
Build a larger, more sustainable brokerage business
About you n
An experienced mortgage broker currently settling approximately $3M-$5M per month, with evidence of consistent performance
n
Strong residential lending expertise, sound credit fundamentals and deal structuring capability
n
A client and relationship focus, with the ability to generate your own business and develop professional referral relationships
n
Commercial judgement and discipline in CRM use, compliance and file quality
n




Comfort working within structured systems and processes, with openness to coaching and performance measurement
n
Ambition to grow a sustainable business and expand your lending capability
