About the Role
n ChoiceOne Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our team in Perth.
n In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a range of clinical settings, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
n You will also support clinic operations through involvement in clinical care, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies

About you
n To be successful in this role, you will have:
n

Experience working in a Hospital setting
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
n
Minimum 1 Year clinical experience post-grad
n
n
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
n
n
Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
n
n
Understanding of quality improvement and risk management
n
n
Robust organisational and problem-solving skills
n
n
Passion for continuous improvement and patient care excellence
n
