The Role

nAs an Events Assistant, you'll be the face of the event, welcoming guests, providing information, and ensuring attendees have a seamless and positive experience throughout the day.n
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist event attendees upon arrival




n
Provide directions, information, and support throughout the event
n
Answer guest questions and troubleshoot where required
n
Assist with registration and front-of-house activities
n
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
n
Work independently while maintaining a skilled and approachable presence
n

About You
n
nTo be successful in this role, you'll be:n

n
Previous event, hospitality, or front-of-house experience
n
Customer service experience in a professional setting
n
n
n
Well-presented and professional
n
Comfortable engaging with a diverse range of guests
n
Able to work autonomously and take initiative
n
Adaptable and able to remain calm in busy environments
