We are looking for experienced
Territory Managers
to join a leading organisation in the
flooring industry
, responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships across the professional flooring and building-products channel.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Manage and grow relationships with
flooring contractors, retailers, distributors, architects and designers
n
Develop new business and achieve territory sales targets
n
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer training
n
Provide product support and troubleshooting
n
Develop specifications and sales opportunities with existing and current customers
n
Maintain customer activity and sales reporting through CRM
n
Support trade shows, training programs and industry events
n
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Accounts teams
n
n

Ideal Candidate n
n
Proven
B2B sales / territory management
experience
n
Strong knowledge of the
timber flooring / flooring industry
n
Experience working with contractors, retailers and distributors
n
Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
n
Commercially driven with a strong customer focus
n
Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
n
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
n
