We are seeking a
ServiceNow FinOps Specialist
to support cloud financial management, reporting, governance and stakeholder engagement across a large technology environment.
Key Responsibilitiesn
FinOps Reporting & Governance – 50%
n
n
Support monthly financial reporting and ad-hoc analysis.
n
Assist with forecasting, trend analysis and cloud cost transparency.
n
Prepare governance packs, metrics and reporting.
n
Provide support for IOP planning.
n
n
Stakeholder Engagement & OPEX Reviews – 30%
n
n
Coordinate monthly cloud OPEX reviews with application teams.
n
Work with stakeholders to collect forecasts, optimisation initiatives and variance commentary.
n
Track actions, savings opportunities and remediation commitments.
n
n
OGRE Reporting & Support – 20%
n
n
Provide operational, reporting and maintenance support for OGRE, a Python-based custom tool.
n
Provide backfill support during Lead Engineer leave or unavailability.
n
Assist with OGRE enhancements.
n
Essential Skills & Experiencen
n




2–3 years' experience in
financial analysis, business reporting, IT operations support or Cloud FinOps
.
n
Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
n
Exposure to
AWS, Azure and/or OCI
cloud platforms and cloud financial management.
n
Experience with reporting, forecasting, cost analysis and governance.
n
Ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
n
n
Technical skills to support the relevant cloud/FinOps architecture are also required.
n
