Document Controller
to join our Project Services Team in Perth.
About the Role: n
Reporting to the Lead Document Controller, this role is critical to ensuring accuracy, traceability, and a timely flow of project documentation supporting our clients in the mining and minerals processing sector.

You will be responsible for
n
n
Managing and maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple concurrent projects
n
Administering document workflows for design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation
n
Ensuring documents are correctly formatted, numbered, revised, and distributed in accordance with project procedures
n
Liaising with engineering, project, and vendor teams to track document status and resolve discrepancies
n
Supporting audits and quality reviews of project documentation
n




Maintaining accurate records in line with company and client document control standards
n
What you will bring to the role: n
n
3-5 years' experience in a Document Control role, ideally within an engineering design environment
n
Good working knowledge of
QDMS
is required
n
Familiarity with other document control systems, SharePoint is highly desirable
n
Solid understanding of document control processes for an engineering company within the minerals processing space
n
Experience handling design information, vendor data, and shop detailing documentation
n
Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
n
