Job Description
Seymour Health is seeking a Registered Nurse with post-graduate palliative care experience to join our community palliative care team in Seymour, Victoria. The role is 4 days per week part time with possible casual positions, and involves home visits to assess and support palliative clients and their carers.

You will work collaboratively with GPs, specialists, district nursing and allied health to manage symptoms and quality of life.
