We're currently seeking safety-conscious, technically skilled
Diesel Fitters
to join our
Machine Rebuilds Team
in Welshpool, WA. Enjoy a
7 on 7 off day shift only roster
(Wednesday-Tuesday, 6am–6pm), where you will have the opportunity to drive to work and be home every night!
n
We're currently rebuilding a range of machines including
785C, 793D/F trucks, D10T dozers, 16M/18 graders, and ******* loaders
. The workshop runs at a fast pace with strict deadlines, so
strong rebuild and outage experience is essential
.
n
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
n
n
Disassemble and assemble CAT machinery, including dump trucks, graders, dozers, and loaders
n
Promote a strong safety culture and support ongoing training and technical development
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workshop
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
n
Proven experience with CAT heavy earthmoving equipment rebuilds
n
Proficient in CAT SIS (essential)
n
High-risk work licences: Forklift & Dogging (essential), Rigging (desirable)
n




Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
n
Team player with a continuous improvement mindset
n
Committed to safety and technical excellence
