The Opportunity n
Coordinate rail construction crews, equipment and daily work in South Australia. This full-time role follows a 10:4 DIDO roster and focuses on productive delivery within agreed cost, time and quality requirements.
Your Responsibilities n

Organise crews, plant, machinery and materials for planned works.
n
Supervise site quality, progress and compliance.
n
Deliver crew work commitments within approved budgets.
n
Plan upcoming activities and arrange resources.
n




Apply operational policies and safe work procedures.
n
RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n
Experience in rail or construction operations.
n
A demonstrated record supervising work crews.
n
Understanding of the factors affecting delivery quality and productivity.
n
Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Strong people management and a focus on reliable outcomes.
