Your In Home Rehab (YIHR) is expanding, and we are seeking a passionate and experienced
Occupational Therapist
to join our supportive multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.
n
This is a
permanent part-time opportunity, preferably 4 days per week, commencing in December ****.
n
The role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred occupational therapy services to
NDIS participants, aged care clients and other community-based clients
in their homes.
About the Role n
n
Comprehensive functional and home safety assessments
n
Goal-focused occupational therapy interventions
n
Assistive technology and equipment prescription
n
Home modification assessments and recommendations
n
Capacity-building therapy to promote independence and quality of life
n
Clinical documentation, reports and recommendations
n
About You n
n
Has a minimum of 3 years' occupational therapy experience
n
Builds strong relationships with clients, families and care teams
n
Enjoys autonomy, flexibility and variety in a community-based role
n




Works well within a supportive multidisciplinary team
n
Is passionate about improving client independence and wellbeing
n
Requirements n
n
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience
n
Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain
n
Australian working rights, or eligibility for sponsorship
n
