Shape workforce planning and employee relations for a complex rail infrastructure alliance. This Perth leadership role combines strategic advice with practical support for a workforce drawn from several partner organisations.
Your Responsibilities n

Advise project leaders on people decisions that support delivery objectives.

Develop coordinated HR and industrial relations plans across alliance partners.
n
Guide workforce planning, talent development and organisational structure.
n
Oversee employee relations cases and promote consistent, compliant outcomes.
n
Build engagement, inclusion and safety into workforce initiatives.
n
Strengthen performance and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

RequirementsSkills,
Education And Requirements n
n
HR management experience in construction or infrastructure delivery.
n
Robust industrial relations capability; unionised workforce experience is particularly valuable.
n
Experience with large projects and varied workforce arrangements.
n
Joint venture or alliance exposure is an advantage.
n
Tertiary study in HR, industrial relations, law or a related discipline.
n
Confident negotiation, communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
