Trainee Recruitment Consultant
to join our growing Manufacturing & Engineering team in Perth.n
nNo previous recruitment experience?
That's okay.
We're looking for the right attitude, personality and drive. You'll receive the training, support and guidance to develop into a successful
360 Recruitment Consultant
, while building your own network and specialist market.n
nYou'll work across the full recruitment lifecycle — from speaking with businesses and understanding their hiring needs, through to sourcing candidates, managing interviews and making successful placements.n
nThe Role n
n
Learn and develop the skills required to become a successful
360 Recruitment Consultant
n
Build relationships with clients and candidates across the
Manufacturing & Engineering
sectors
n
Source and identify quality candidates across technical, trade and engineering positions
n
Develop your own network, market and client portfolio
n
Learn business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing and negotiation
n
Work alongside experienced consultants who will support you throughout your development
n
Take ownership of your desk and progressively build your own successful recruitment business
n

Flexible 35-Hour Work Week
