Join the Learning Services Department and help shape the next generation of Nurses and Midwives.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and supportive Clinical Support Nurse or Nurse/ Midwife (0.5 EFT) for a fixed-term position until 30 June ****. Working closely with our Graduate Coordinators, this role will support Graduate Registered Nurses (RN), Registered Nurse/Midwives (RN/RM) and Enrolled Nurses (EN) across all CGH sites as they transition into the workforce.

As part of the Learning Services team, you will provide clinical education, mentorship and hands-on support to graduate nurses and midwives, helping them build confidence, develop clinical skills and achieve excellence in patient care.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Provide clinical support, education and mentorship to graduate nurses and midwives.
n
Work collaboratively with Graduate Coordinators and clinical teams across all CGH sites.
n
Facilitate education sessions, workshops, simulation activities and debriefing opportunities.
n




Support staff to develop clinical capability, confidence and professional growth.
n
Promote evidence-based practice and a culture of continuous learning.
n
Assist with orientation, professional development activities and workforce development initiatives.
n
