Lead and support hospitality operations at Lavarack Barracks

We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Food & Beverage Supervisor
to join our team at
Lavarack Barracks
.
This is a hands‐on leadership role suited to a hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high operational standards.
THE POSITION
Lead and support front‐of‐house team members during daily operations
Supervise food and beverage service across dining facilities and hospitality functions
Coordinate meal services and special event requirements
Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
Ensure high standards of customer service and presentation
Assist with staff training, coaching and development
Support rostering and daily operational requirements
Promote a positive and professional team culture
THE PERSON
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor,



Team Leader or similar hospitality role
Strong people management, coaching and development skills
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP and allergen management
Experience with rostering, workforce planning and daily operations
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Hold a current RSA or be willing to obtain one.
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence Baseline Clearance
