Business Banking Manager 3
, you will join the
Regional & Agribusiness team
, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You'll make an impact each day by:
Put customers at the centre of everything you do.
Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial and agribusiness customers, becoming their trusted banking partner.
Build strong relationships with customers, understand their financial goals and deliver tailored banking solutions.
Educate customers on their business banking options and provide sound advice on risks, opportunities and growth strategies.
Leverage your networks and local market knowledge to identify new business opportunities and generate referrals.
Prepare, structure and submit lending proposals to help customers achieve their ambitions.
Maintain solid risk and compliance disciplines while delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
You'll bring to this role:




A degree in Banking, Finance, Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline (advantageous).
Experience in business banking, commercial lending or a customer-facing financial services role.
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and growth opportunities.
Demonstrated experience building and maintaining trusted customer relationships.
Experience delivering tailored financial solutions that support customer outcomes.
Sound understanding of lending, credit assessment and the interpretation of customer financials.
A proactive approach to business development and identifying new opportunities within your portfolio.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
