The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced career Paralegal to join a highly regarded Workers Compensation team within a boutique law firm in Sydney's west.
Supporting Partners and senior fee earners, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of matters and delivery of exceptional client service.
Your duties will include:
Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
Support solicitors with litigation matters and case preparation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum
3 years Paralegal or Legal Secretary experience
Strong Microsoft Office and document formatting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
A proactive attitude and strong commitment to delivering high quality work

Salary ranging from $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
