What You'll Be Doing:
n
• Leading daily operations with energy and professionalism
n
• Maintaining a strong floor presence to support your team and engage guests
n
• Supporting NPS and Google rating goals through great food, fast service, and genuine hospitality
n
• Training and developing team members with on-shift coaching, regular feedback, and leadership by example
n
• Managing FOH & BOH collaboration, rostering, inventory, and ordering
n
• Ensuring food safety, compliance, grooming, and venue presentation standards are consistently met
n




• Addressing guest feedback and resolving concerns with empathy and speed
n
• Supporting team recruitment, progression, and culture through structured meetings and events
n
• Working at least 3 peak shifts per week to keep service standards high when it matters most
n
What You Bring:

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant leadership (1–3 years preferred)
n
• Strong people skills and a team-first attitude
n
• A calm, solution-focused mindset during busy or challenging times
n
• Passion for service, quality, and guest satisfaction
n
• Solid organisational, communication, and time-management skills
