Uniting is seeking a Team Leader Family Services based in Heatherton to guide practitioners in delivering relational, wraparound, child, youth and family-centred support.
You will supervise staff, build capability through coaching, and partner with stakeholders to respond to families in a timely, coordinated way.
The role requires supervisory experience in the children, youth and family sector and a solid knowledge of family services, child protection, and CYFA regulations.
