In a agile, hybrid role, you'll be the key contact between clients, internal teams and partners to ensure seamless delivery of managed security services.
You will drive service excellence, coordinate incidents and changes, and support operational efficiency across the team.
The role requires 2-3+ years in service delivery and ITIL v4 Foundation (or progression),
