Clough Limited is hiring HR and IR Advisors for the Snowy 2.0 project based in Cooma, NSW.
This hands-on role supports leaders, employees, subcontractors and unions across HR and industrial relations matters, with regular travel to Snowy 2.0 construction sites.
You'll advise on Awards and legislation, assist with investigations and disputes, coordinate union engagement, and contribute to culture and workforce initiatives in a challenging, remote alpine workplace.
