We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of one of Sydney's most distinguished landscape and sports turf portfolios.

As Site Manager, you'll lead a dedicated team, build trusted client relationships and drive the operational excellence required to maintain a landscape workplace of the highest calibre.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading all turf, sports field and horticultural operations across the site
Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
Fostering a positive culture centred on teamwork, safety and accountability
Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders
Developing and implementing site‐specific maintenance and improvement programs
Forecasting labour, materials and operational requirements within budget




Ensuring exceptional presentation standards are consistently achieved
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across site operations
