The employer is after someone who can step straight onto the floor and handle the shop's core services, namely professional haircuts, styling and beard work, for whoever comes through the door.
The salary on offer is $80,000 - $85,000 per year.

Discuss haircut, styling and grooming preferences with each customer before starting
Use razors, scissors and clippers for cutting and styling hair, including fades, tapered cuts and traditional as well as contemporary barbering styles
Provide shaving services, shape and trim beards and moustaches,



and give advice on grooming, hair care and products that suit the customer
Clean and disinfect workstations, tools and equipment, keep the workplace hygienic and secure, handle payments and deliver friendly, professional service
Either a Certificate III in Barbering or Hairdressing, a qualification equivalent to it, or substantial relevant experience
Demonstrated barbering experience together with strong skills across fades, beard grooming, scissor cutting and clipper cutting
Clear communication, customer service skills, and the ability to contribute to a team as well as work independently
Professional presentation, reliable work habits and availability for a weekend-inclusive roster
