The Role
Support a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance, acquisition finance, real estate finance and general banking matters.
Draft, review and quality-control finance documentation, conduct legal due diligence, and assist with transaction execution across multi-jurisdictional matters.
Manage transaction processes, coordinate key deliverables, liaise with stakeholders,



and contribute to legal technology and process improvement initiatives.
About You
You will ideally be a qualified solicitor eligible to hold an Australian practising certificate, with around 1-3 years' post-qualification experience in banking, finance or lending transactions.
You will have experience drafting and reviewing finance documentation and supporting transactions from inception through to completion.
You will bring strong analytical, organisational and relationship-building skills, along with an interest in legal technology and innovative approaches to legal service delivery.
