MA MISSION AUSTRALIA is seeking a dedicated Recovery Case Worker to join our Community Living Support (CLS) team in Goulburn.
You will provide psychosocial recovery-focused support to people living with severe mental illness, helping them build independence and achieve personal goals within their communities.
You will mentor participants using a strengths-based approach, coordinate care with families, clinicians, and local services, and promote social inclusion and wellbeing.
