As a Store Manager at STRAND, you will inspire, coach and develop your people to deliver a great customer experience every day.
You'll take the lead on your store's commercial results, turning ambition into action while creating a culture where your team feel valued, empowered and motivated to grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Coach your team to be confident and proud Strand product experts
Drive sales and meet KPI targets through commercial thinking and hands-on leadership
Deliver to ourstorestandards across all touchpoints
Manage stock control, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention
Build effective rosters that deliver for both our customer and commercial targets
Know your numbers to drive your results
Maintain compliance across all safety standards to protect your team and customer
