Accounts Receivable & Cash Allocation:
Upload, receipt, and allocate high volumes of customer payments directly to customer accounts and invoices, systematically reviewing your work to maintain flawless ledger accuracy.
Vendor Master Data Governance & Fraud Mitigation:
Protect the business against fraud risks by governing vendor master data, rigorously validating bank details via Eftsure, and assessing credit applications during onboarding.
Residential Settlements Integration:
Support the residential development pipeline during peak settlement cycles and accurately accounting for settlement proceeds.
Stakeholder & Query Management:
Provide timely, customer-centric support across incoming payment and account queries, establishing strong working relationships with development managers, sales teams, and wider corporate finance partners.
What you'll bring
We are looking for someone who is team-oriented, respectful, progressive, and real.
You will also bring:
Experience:
2 to 3 years of dedicated experience in full-function accounts receivable processing, high-volume cash allocations, and complex bank reconciliations (ideally managing 50+ accounts).
Technical & System Proficiency:
Solid working knowledge of basic accounting principles and hands‐on proficiency in
SAP

Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related business discipline is highly regarded.
Mindset & Attributes:
High integrity,

a methodical and investigative problem‐solving mindset, strong attention to detail, and the resilience to thrive in a fast‐paced, high‐volume transactional environment.
