Job Description
Legal People in Melbourne CBD seeks a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Advisor to join the People & Culture team. You will coordinate the DEI strategy, advise on inclusive design and engagement, and partner with groups to deliver initiatives and events.

You will embed DEI into firm policies, contribute to reporting, and support Learning & Development and Health & Wellbeing programs. A 2-3 year HR/DEI background and a related degree are required; hybrid work is offered.
