The role:
This is a highly impactful role where you will drive clinical excellence, workforce capability and best practice care, working closely with Facility Managers, Clinical Leaders and Quality teams.n
nYou will play a key role in uplifting clinical standards and ensuring teams are confident, competent and delivering person-centred care aligned to the Aged Care Quality Standards.n

Key responsibilities:
n
n
Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education programs
n
Facilitate onboarding, mandatory training and competency assessments
n
Coach, mentor and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Staff
n




Identify gaps in clinical practice and implement targeted education strategies
n
Support accreditation readiness and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Partner with leadership teams to embed best practice care delivery
n
Contribute to incident reviews, audits and clinical governance activities
n
To be successful you will have:
n
n
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
n
Demonstrated experience in aged care (Clinical Nurse / Care Manager level preferred)
n
Previous experience in education, training or staff development
n
Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation
n
Confident facilitator with the ability to influence and engage teams
n
Ability to travel across multiple sites as required
n
