Load Restraint Systems
, a National supplier of high quality cargo restraint equipment for over 40 years in a Branch Coordinator role.
n
Your responsibilites will include but not be limited to:
n
n
Open and close branch daily as required
n
Perform daily tasks in branch-counter selling, phone answering, order processing, communicating with clients. Sales and quotation preparation
n
Outgoing sales calls
n
Preparation and management of production work orders
n
Daily showroom maintenance – replenish stock. Clean.
n
Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods ensuring accuracy in supply
n
Deliveries to clients and pickups from suppliers
n
Attention to detail with regards to effective communication and time management.
n
Sales and quotation preparation for counter sales
n




Attend as instructed to all customer claims including warranty and complaints process
n
Daily housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse and counter sales areas
n
n
n
Supervise branch in absence of Branch Manager
n
n
