Manufacturing Manager n
TRS Resourcing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead manufacturing operations for our client based in Corio
n
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality, productivity, continuous improvement and team performance within a high-precision, low-volume manufacturing environment.
The Role n
n
Lead, mentor and manage the manufacturing team to achieve daily production targets.
n
Drive quality, productivity, and the reduction of production losses and waste.
n
Manage materials, consumables, plant and equipment efficiently.
n
Oversee quality checks and workflow between manufacturing stages.
n
Develop performance metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Maintain strong WHS, PPE and protected chemical/material handling standards.
n
About You n
n
Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related field.
n
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
n




Experience in automotive, aerospace, advanced composites or high-precision manufacturingis highly regarded.
n
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and continuous improvement.
n
Exposure to composites, automation, robotics or digital production systems.
n
Strong leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
n
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
n
