Job Description
Oaks Cairns Hotel, part of Minor Hotels, is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support food preparation, cooking, and presentation to deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities include preparing dishes, helping with plating, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should have Australian cookery qualifications (Certificate III) and be versatile across shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
