Desktop Support Technician | PV Clearance n
We're looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite IT support, helping users resolve day-to-day issues and keeping their equipment running smoothly.
The role n

Troubleshoot desktop hardware, software and peripheral issues.
n
Install and configure computers and applications.
n
Carry out maintenance and updates.
n
Keep explicit records of issues and resolutions.
n
Work directly with users and take ownership of support requests.
n
About you n
You have hands-on desktop support experience, communicate clearly and enjoy solving problems. You're comfortable working independently and providing friendly, reliable support.
n
An active Positive Vetting (PV) clearance is essential.
